Key Accomplishments:

John R. Boyle is a Partner of The Clarion Group. He opened Clarion’s office on the west coast in 2005. John is a former executive with Microsoft, IBM, and Motorola and consultant with Philip Morris, Inc. Prior to that he had a career in the health sciences. John has authored articles on executive teams and performance, organizational and work values. In a career that has spanned twenty-five years he has developed expertise advising c-level executives in business transformation, strategy and alignment, organization design, talent and succession planning and has worked across multiple industries to support and help executives innovate new business strategies that meet long term objectives. John graduated with honors from Virginia Wesleyan College with a BA, where he was the president of Psi Chi, with distinguished honors from Fairleigh Dickinson University with an MA in industrial psychology, and a PhD ABD from Fordham University. He also completed executive MBA programs at Harvard University and the Wharton School and the organization development program at Columbia University. John works with executives from Fortune 100 to start-up ventures. A trusted advisor and true collaborator, John brings out executives’ unique strengths and talents in service of growing stronger businesses.
