What makes this session different than other “change management”
workshops is its emphasis on application and customization:
- Internal teams work on business challenges they face now, so the
tools and theories introduced can be applied in real time.
- Individuals discover how they interact with others and what they
may need to do differently to have an impact.
- Topics are customized to meet the unique needs of the group.
Sessions can be timed to give participants opportunities to apply what
they’ve learned in between.

The organization you support is moving ahead with its strategy and
