At The Clarion Group, we believe that organizations achieve results by

and align these interactions in a way that enhances the capability and
performance of the business as a whole. Management Infrastructure encompasses the soft structure, or the “means”

processes. It also includes the hard structure, or the “form” in which
work gets done, such as organization structure, job design and physical
space usage.
