At The Clarion Group, we believe that organizations achieve results by
enabling individual performance and team collaboration in support of a
clearly defined strategy. Management Infrastructures exist to facilitate
and align these interactions in a way that enhances the capability and
performance of the business as a whole. Management Infrastructure encompasses the soft structure, or the “means”
for getting work done, such as decision-making frameworks and macro work
processes. It also includes the hard structure, or the “form” in which
work gets done, such as organization structure, job design and physical
space usage.
In our work with clients, we think of organizations as natural systems
that must adapt, evolve and, at times, completely renew themselves in
order to grow and prosper. As such, Management Infrastructure needs to
be dynamic and fluid in order to respond to changes in
Business Strategy
while reinforcing desired Organizational Behavior.
Our approach to Management Infrastructure starts with a keen sensitivity
to the process of making change happen. Any changes, whether to the hard
or soft structure, must be well integrated to enable the capability
required to bring the strategy and culture to life.
The Clarion Group has developed numerous frameworks and tools to help
clients achieve the Management Infrastructure best suited to support the
direction in which they need to move.
