Ashley has had a successful and diverse career helping top leaders develop and execute compelling and practical strategic plans, develop high-performance leadership teams, and create effective business-aligned marketing strategy and communications programming. With over 30 years of experience, Ashley held various senior and executive positions at ING in the U.S. including Head of Strategic Marketing for ING's institutional retirement businesses, and Chief Marketing Officer and Chief-of-Staff for ING's broker-dealer business where she played an instrumental role in the successful sale of the majority of ING's broker-dealer business to private equity.
