Eliza has diverse experience and intuition in seeing how groups of people work together and how each member of the group positively or negatively contributes to the mission of the group. She has a keen sensitivity to people and group dynamics and can quickly conclude what is working well or not well in the context of what they are striving to accomplish.
Eliza’s diverse background began in New York City, working for a fashion designer followed by several years working in higher education at the NYU School of Law. Her passion to help people led her to The Clarion Group, where as a Client Specialist, she works in collaboration with clients and firm partners in the collection of analysis and data, and the creation of client deliverables. Her primary areas of focus are organization culture change, leadership development, talent acquisition, and Human Resources programs. Eliza is also The Clarion Group’s Human Resource Manager and works closely with our Infrastructure Coordinator overseeing the development of intellectual property within the Clarion Institute.
